  • What is Fireproof Men?
    Fireproof Men is a Veteran and firefighter owned and operated company. Specializing in handcrafted mustache and hair wax made using all natural ingredients.
  • Are your products actually fireproof?
    Unfortunately, our products are not fireproof or fire resistant. The inspiration behind the name for our business is a metaphor, an analogy if you will, to pay homage to those who literally walk through fire and risk their lives to save others. Even those brave enough to walk through fire have taken precautions to keep themselves protected by wearing appropriate gear. Hair is flammable and while balms and oils for hair may help moisturize and protect hair from heat damage, they do not offer any protection against fire. That being said, should you find yourself burned from sun, heat, or fire, we do offer skincare products that help aid the skin's natural healing process. Please use our products responsibly. Seek professional medical attention for serious burns or injuries. Fireproof Brands cannot be held liable for any damage or injuries that occur from sun, heat, or fire.
  • Why is our mustache wax the best?
    What makes our mustache wax unique is that the hold gets better as the day goes on, unlike our competitors who fall flat. Each tin of mustache wax has been handcrafted with a unique blend of essential oils that lasts all day. Our products are handmade in small batches, which ensures that your order is always fresh and made with care.
  • What is Smoke Cologne?
    Smoke Cologne is just that! Just like you would spray cologne on yourself or your clothes, you let the smoke drift over you. Our Smoke Cologne has a smoky sweet aroma to it unlike most burning woods. As this is a burning wood, please use with caution and be sure to fully extinguish the smoking end before leaving it unattended or replacing it back in the packaging provided.
  • What is the cutoff date for holiday shipping?

  • How can I track my order?
    We will send the tracking information to the email address associated with your order once the item has shipped.
  • Where is my order?
    When you place an order, an automatic email will be sent to the email address that you provided when placing the order. Once the order has shipped, you will receive another email where you will find a clickable tracking number that will tell you exactly where your package is. If you are having trouble viewing this information, feel free to contact us.
  • Where do you ship?
    We ship within the United States only.
  • How can I change my order after its been placed?
    Please keep in mind that our products are handmade in small batches. This means that once your order is received, we typically start the fulfillment process within 24 hours. Because of this, any changes must be received within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation email. We recommend emailing us at fireproofbrands@gmail.com IMMEDIATELY if there is an issue with your order. Your email subject should include CANCEL/CHANGE ORDER #_____(please insert your order number) in the subject line. We will always do our best to make sure that you’ll get what you need, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fix the order before it ships out.
  • How do I return an item or receive a refund?
    If you are not satisfied in any way with your purchase, please return any unused items within 30 days for a full product refund and free return shipping. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Damages must be reported within 30 days to receive a refund or replacement. After 30 days damaged products will not receive a refund or replacement. Clearance items are final sale only and do not apply to this return policy. ​Please e-mail us at fireproofbrands@gmail.com IMMEDIATELY if there is an issue with your order. Your email subject should include REFUND/RETURN ORDER #_____(please insert your order number) in the subject line. Please include information as to why you are requesting a refund so we can do our best to assist you.
  • What are my payment options?
    We accept payments from all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro. We also accept payments via PayPal.
  • Where can I buy Fireproof Men products?
    Currently, you can buy Fireproof Men products through our website or our Amazon Seller Account. We do not have any retail locations yet. However, when we do branch out, we’ll be sure to keep you up to date on all of our locations!
  • How safe is it to order online?
    We only use the safest payment processing services on the internet. If you have any security questions or concerns, please review our payment processors' security measures: Wix Payments or PayPal.com.
  • How should I store my products?
    Since each of our products are made with all natural ingredients, please store them in the containers provided at room temperature for up to 6 months. Mustache Wax, Beard Balm, Hair Wax, and candles should be stored at room temperature when not in use, with the lids on, to ensure the freshness and longevity of the products. Burn Oil and Smoke Cologne should remain sealed in their provided packaging when not in use for no longer than 6 months.
  • How do I enter promo codes?
    Once you are ready to complete your order, click on the shopping cart icon in the upper righthand corner of the screen or click "View Cart" from the dropdown menu on the righthand side. On the lefthand side of your cart you should see "Enter a promo code" where you can enter your promo code. Once you have entered the code, click "Apply." Your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount.
